Technical Sales Representative – this is an on-site position in our Cleves location.
$60k base pay + commission

We have grown from one facility to four and are still growing with facilities in Cleves, West Chester, Fairfield, and Harrison. We are a growing organization with proven ability to “outsell” our manufacturing / fabrication capacity in the thriving marketplace of contract manufacturing.
We have talent and experience in fabrication within the industries we serve and are in search of a motivated self-efficient individual as a Technical Sales Representative.
As our Technical Sales Representative you will focus on engagement with prospects and existing customers to build relationships that deliver a positive brand experience and result in growing revenue and success of the overall organization. With your commitment to client satisfaction, in this role, you will help establish and maintain Stock Manufacturing as a trusted manufacturing partner for our clients.
Technical Sales Representative Job Duties:
- Client Relationship Management. You are the main point of contact for clients and provide customer service that results in positive brand experience and long-term partnerships. Pre and Post sale communication aimed at acquiring opportunities, retention, and increasing revenue.
- Sales Process Management. You will develop and execute sales plans around acquiring new clients. You will work to ensure alignment between the production and sales teams to exceed customer expectations, build partnerships through collaboration, and achieve objectives.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation. You will seek to identify prospects and leads for new business acquisition. You will need to be flexible and adapt your sales tactics to always align with the organizational sales strategy.
- Sales Presentation & Reporting. You will submit customer proposals that capture the full value of Stock Manufacturing & Design services and result in attracting and securing new business. You will report your results in meetings and engage in forecasting and planning.
Technical Sales Representive Candidate Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, 5+ years preferred.
- Previous experience/understanding of manufacturing/production/sheet metal industry.
- High School diploma with industry experience required, Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/TEAMS, ERP systems, CRM highly preferred
- Must be an approachable, hands-on servant leader, who behaves with a growth mindset.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
