You are the primary liaison between the client and Fiserv Partner Solutions, acting as a trusted advisor, system consultant and market / industry expert responsible for the overall success of the daily service relationship with the partner. You manage and ensure that the partner’s service, products and operational needs are met. You serve as the first point of escalation for the Partner and manage liability related items.
A typical day:
- In this role, with training and coaching you can expect to:
- Provide service support to both internal and external clients for specific products.
- Define and/or resolve moderately complex customer problems within the designated product lines.
- Have full product service issue accountability, including incident reports, communication center notification, service records, adhering to client service level agreements, monitoring liability issues and escalation to management when appropriate.
- Provide consultative services in order to meet client and company objectives; foster positive relationships with the client and internal departments.
- Control liability exposure, interpret and communicate industry standards, update internal systems, communicate enhancements with expertise in product specific transactions, screens and reports, in addition to gaining knowledge of product/system functionality through experience, research and testing.
You must have:
- Either a High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree
- This is an an in person role- must have existing commutable residence with expectation to work on-site in the Omaha, NE office.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must participate in routine background and clearances
Skills needed:
- Works well with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and drives issue to closure.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred experience or interest in learning Merchant ISO
- Preferred experience :1+ years of industry experience in a customer facing role.
- Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction and altering priorities.
