Anytime Restoration the Leading Fire and Water Restoration Company is rapidly growing looking for a full-time Fire and Water Restoration Construction Project Manager to become a member of our team. We are looking for a strong, hardworking, career minded individual with a positive attitude, who is relationship focused with growing brand awareness, who would like to be part of our great team. An ideal applicant would possess strong customer service skills, leadership ability with excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers.
As a Project Manager you must be well-versed in all construction procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements, providing exceptional work and without exceeding budget.
Responsibilities
-Negotiating with outside Subcontractors to reach profitable agreements and margins
-Obtaining needed permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
-Obtaining needed resources (Labor, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budget.
-Plan all construction/renovation operations and schedule time lines and deadlines- work hand and hand with the Project Coordinator and Production team set forth.
- Hiring specific subs for the task at hand
-Supervise the work of laborers and subs and give them guidance and answer any questions as needed.
- Work hand and hand with the homeowner/ Client/Insurance Adjusters
-Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
-Ensure ALL health and safety standards are met.
-Communicate hand and hand with the homeowners to let them know what is going on, and what they should expect- that way there are no surprises.
-Attend all required company meetings necessary meetings with the customer
-Pre-Construction- Mid Construction- and Final
-Maintaining scope of work and to not deviate from it.
-Organization of ALL paperwork
-Managing job cleanliness
-Paying close attention to even the most minor detail- such as hardware installation
-Checking to make sure ALL materials are ordered and ready BEFORE start of job- opening every box to make sure it is correct and there are no defects.
- Paying close attention to material specifications and relaying information to subs/ laborers
-Completing a job schedule/ timeline
- Completing work orders and turning in work orders for payment.
Requirements
-Proven experience as a construction project manager
-In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and project management principles
-Understanding of construction/ project management software
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
-A team player with leadership abilities
-Knowledge of basic computer skills
-Valid Driver's License
-Worked with Xcelerate

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
