Small Law Firm seeking a candidate with prior experience in contracts, leases, estate planning, corporate & business matters and residential/commercial real estate.
Job duties include: Familiarity with and including preparing documents, real estate/business/estate planning/trusts, spreadsheets and other office-related letters, answering phones, scheduling appointments. Familiarity with MA & NH Corp./LLC and Administrative agencies.
We are looking for a self starter with at least 8 or more years of legal secretary experience, with excellent computer, communication both written and verbal and phone skills.
Candidate must be highly organized, detail orientated and be able to successfully manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail, enthusiastic and great people skills.
