Job Requirements are:
-Property and Casualty Insurance License
- 2 years experience in customer service in an insurance agency required
We are looking for a motivated and dependable team member with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in data entry and strong attention to detail as well.
Duties will include:
Provide customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
Complete endorsements to current policies with accuracy
Quote new auto and home new business
Completing insurance quotes forms/intake forms
Taking payments for premiums
Respond promptly to client calls about policy changes, updates, coverage and billing questions.
Summary
