This is a transitional role to General Sales Manager. We are looking for a leader that can help build a team and grow their career.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with sales team to develop closing techniques and sales skills through consistent and active training.
- Provide support to sales staff in closing deals.
- Hire, motivate and monitor the performance of New, Used, Internet sales and Finance managers.
- Manage all showroom activities and drive business through high level of involvement in day to day operations.
- Conduct daily and weekly management and sales meetings to ensure success of sales, internet and finance departments.
- Engage and motivate team to achieve goals, performance expectations and fuel the sales process.
- Ensure high CSI scores and analyze key performance indexes to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to optimize performance.
- Ensure proper follow up of all customers by developing, implementing and measuring CRM.
- Establish delivery procedures and create a one-of a kind experience to all customers
- Practice safe work habits and follow company’s safety policies.
