Position Title: Brand Manager - Aerie Print Marketing
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all seasonal store print needs from strategic ideation to hand off for execution. Responsibilities are inclusive of the following projects:
- All Aerie store formats, Offline & unsubscribed stores seasonally
- Aerie grand opening management (barricades, draft approvals etc.)
- Direct mailers inclusive of current seasonal program and grand opening support initiatives
- Out of home projects seasonally
- Gift cards seasonally
- Packaging needs for all brands
- Brand activation/event signage needs
- Manage print calendar inclusive of all project deliverables
- Owns communication with all cross functional partners to clearly understand all print request
- Work in partnership with Print Production Manager on the execution of all marketing needs for Aerie, Offline, unsubscribed as well as additional projects as needed
- Responsible for training & managing the Print Brand Sr. Coordinator
- Prep and attend all seasonal in person store walkthroughs, inclusive of all formats
- Research and brainstorm new ideas for the brand to continue to innovate how we create new and exciting experiences for our current customers and attract new customers to our stores

Desired Skills & Expertise:
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of agency or partner marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills; both written and in person
- Knowledge of marketing best practices
- Results driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, organization, deadlines and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with cross functional teams

- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
