Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound/outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Provide information and assistance regarding products or services
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- 215/240 Insurance License
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
