Housekeeping / Maintenance Dispatch
Job Description:
Dispatchers oversee the daily operations of the phones and radio traffic for housekeeping and maintenance calls.
Job Duties:
· Answer all internal calls and telephone requests for housekeeping and maintenance.
· Dispatch maintenance and housekeeping to calls and following up to ensure the calls are completed appropriately and work orders are done as needed.
· Ensure that and guest complaints that need to be escalated to a supervisor are handled immediately.
Job Requirements:
· This position is 90% work in the office. If assistance is needed within the department, you may be requested to check on the status of rooms or completed maintenance calls.
· Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
· Minimum of 1 years of dispatch experience is preferred.
· Other duties not listed may be required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends only
