Position: Associate Vice President, Concept
Your Role
This position will create and lead seasonal concept, color, print, graphic, and branding direction for both the Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands.

Your Impact
Concept, Trend, and Storytelling:
- Conduct extensive market research – inclusive of competitive shopping/ store visits and market analysis.
- Conduct in-season runway analysis and distribution to cross-functional partners.
- Drive creative synergies to stay on vision and on brand.
Color, Print, and Graphics:
- Create and distribute seasonal color palettes 5x seasonally for VS and PINK brands.
- Create specialized category palettes in line with seasonal surface stories.
- Create custom and proprietary prints and graphics 5x seasonally for both brands.
- Develop seasonal surface stories per brand inclusive of comprehensive print/graphic/color view.
- Communicate and partner with print/graphics execution team on development.
Concept Room Buildouts:
- Conceptualize and create room build outs 5x seasonally that represent product and creative storytelling.
- Manage multiple freelancers and set designers.
Branding, Creative, and PR Projects:
- Partner with project manager on product branding and packaging needs.
- Work closely with public relations team to create seasonal influencer kits and marketing materials.
- Partner with creative team on seasonal storytelling to ensure a holistic brand vision.
- Field off cycle projects and business initiatives.
