Position Overview:
The Sales Support Admin involves managing various tasks and processes to support the sales team and ensure the smooth functioning of sales operations within an organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Plan
1) Supporting EVP & VP to create annual sales plan
2. Sales Management
1) AR Status Management
2) Monthly Accrual Management
3) Customer Credit Line Management
3. Sales Support
1) Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
2) Coordinate sales events and meetings.
3) Handle administrative tasks to support the sales team's day-to-day operations.
4) Salesman Bonus program management
4. Communication
1) Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support.
2) Liaise with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to resolve issues.
5. Data Entry and Reporting
1) Generate regular sales reports for management.
2) Assist in analyzing sales data and trends.
Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:
1. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
2. Organizational Skills: The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail is critical in sales administration.
3. Expert with Excel
4. ERP/Power BI (preferred)
5. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports is valuable for sales administration roles.
6. Teamwork: Collaboration with the sales team, as well as other departments within the organization, is often necessary to accomplish sales objectives.
7. Adaptability: The sales environment can be dynamic, so the ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances is important.
8. Problem-Solving Skills: Being able to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions is beneficial in sales administration.
9. Preference for candidates who are fluent in Korean for communication with the headquarters in Korea.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or 4 years minimum experience in Sales Admin related position
2. Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related fields (preferred)
3. Strong ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
4. Expert in Excel and working with large data
5. ERP/Power BI (preferred)
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm/ 9am-6pm
Working Environment:
Work is performed in a professional office environment

Desktop or Laptop computer, e-mail, copier, fax, phone, and other standard office equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
