Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with book keeping, customers, phones and filing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records, entering expenses, bills and creating invoices.
- Support project coordination by booking hotels and managing project expenses
- Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate software programs effectively
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Quickbooks, excel, and working with PDF documents
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with co workers and customers
-Must be a self starter, organized, and motivated individual

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
