Responsibilities:
· Follow technical instructions for assembly, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
· Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
· Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
· Test finished products for defects.
· Maintain the tools used to create products.
· Receiving inspection for components.
· Keep and update quality documentation.
· Follow company procedures, directives and quality standards.
· Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
· Packaging equipment for shipment.
Qualifications:
· 1- 3 years of experience in manufacturing/assembly environment
· Enthusiastic and motivated.
· Skilled problem-solver able to read and interpret technical documents, including maintenance manuals.
· Basic hand tools and power tools. Must be able to use a multi-meter.
· Requires the ability to pass a pre-employment test which includes a background check, physical including drug and alcohol screen.
· High school diploma/GED required, Trade School or Associate degree a plus.
Physical Demands
· Must be able to stand for up to eight hours per day
· Ability to reach with hands and arms, stand, move about and stoop.
· Must be able to perform repetitive tasks
· Lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
