JOB SUMMARY
Manage all aspects of daily operations, including provision of health-related services of a Housing with Services setting within parameters of established policies/procedures, regulations, and standards of practice; and in keeping with the mission and values of the organization. Organize, supervise and direct the work of departments and associates; and /or manage vendor or campus-wide services received by the site. Create and maintain a high level of tenant and associate satisfaction. In collaboration with Executive Director, develop and implement marketing and strategic plans, budgets, and quality improvement initiatives. This position also has fiscal accountability for the site.
KEY RESULT AREAS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
1. Direct the hiring evaluation, counseling, and termination of housing associates
2. Develop, articulate and implement community vision and strategic planning in alignment with the Benedictine Quality Agenda.
3. Ensure that care and service resources are in place and are appropriate within defined program parameters.
4. Plan and monitor all financial operations to ensure utilization of community resources in a fiscally responsible manner
5. Establish and implement plans and systems to maintain occupancy and serve the community in conjunction with relevant residential and service options. Adequately staff marketing function, complete REPS and RSM training, attend marketing and other community events.
6. Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to assure compliance with federal, state and local standards and regulations which govern the operations of the community and the delivery of services.
7. Establish and maintain open and effective communication with tenants and families.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s Degree or significant level of experience
· LALD Licensure or ability to obtain within a specified period of time
· Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
· One (1) or more years of experience working with the senior population in a supervisory role
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field
· Experience in Assisted Living, Home Heath, or other senior care/service
