Since our founding in 2008, Monarch Wealth Strategies has been dedicated to designing, shepherding, and safeguarding the legacies of our clientele. We left the corporate world to create a boutique firm employing a complete financial planning methodology, embracing contrarian perspectives and alternative investments, and championing an open architecture investing approach.
Our mission is to go beyond responsiveness to anticipation in order to deliver the exemplary service our clientele deserve. Striving to optimize financial success, we ensure clients receive the time and scrupulous attention essential to developing a custom, effective wealth strategy. We educate every client on how wealth should serve, rather than complicate life.
Our firm has no proprietary investments and embraces third party performance reporting. We want to ensure our clientele know the guidance and information we provide is objective, accurate, and unencumbered by conflicts of interest.
Our clientele is a diverse group whose wealth originates from various sources. Each client has unique circumstances, as well as a distinct investment philosophy, philanthropic intentions, and life goals. Our clientele spans multiple generations and we are proud of our ability to comprehend and fulfill the needs of each.
Although our practice began in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara, we have grown to serve clientele worldwide.
Mission:
Create a positive and welcoming first impression of Monarch Wealth Strategies in the Santa Barbara office. Provide support to Financial Advisors by implementing all Santa Barbara client requests and deliver efficient administrative support to the Santa Barbara office.
Essential Functions:
- Answer inbound phone and email inquiries and route to appropriate staff and team members, assisting clients directly or taking messages as appropriate
- Professionally greet and assist visitors in support of other team members; help to ensure that all clients are made to feel welcome and that all visits are handled with utmost professionalism
- Follow up with clients verbally and in writing to obtain required information
- Establish client files and maintain client data in CRM program
- Complete new client applications and paperwork, follow up with confirmation of all information
- Perform account administration with regards to client data, contributions and withdrawals
- Respond to client requests for service and trouble-shoot basic service issues
- Open, screen, and distribute incoming mail
- Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and shipping
- Assist with client events as needed
- Any other duties as assigned
