Artavi Med Spa is a medical spa located in the upscale Heights Mercantile shopping center in the heart of the highly desirable Houston Heights. Artavi Med Spa specializes in minimally invasive and noninvasive cosmetic medical treatments including botox, fillers, kybella, laser treatments, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, facials, and more!
We are seeking a front desk receptionist and sales person that will help assist our other receptionist and become an integral team member of the company.
This employee will be highly motivated, energetic and skilled in customer service, have front desk responsibilities including answering phone calls and basic computer skills, and will have a thorough knowledge on the products and services offered in the spa.
The employee is responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience, building relationships with clients, and selling the value of services and associated skin care products. This job will require excellent customer service skills, a fun personality along with credibility, high integrity and a hardworking attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- greeting customers in a welcoming and friendly manner as soon as they enter the center
- answering incoming calls with a “smile in their voice”
- scheduling and managing the customer appointments, checking customers in/out, making notes in customers’ files, check voicemail messages on the hour and at opening each day
- facilitating payments for services
- calling customers for reminder appointments
- assisting with social media marketing and community events
- upselling additional services and products, make retail product suggestions when asked by customers
- assist with filing/recordkeeping/inventory tasks as needed
- help to keep the spa space clean and neat daily and retail products displayed as required
- should be a team player, respectful of others and give excellent customer service
- other duties as assigned including proper attire, knowing own work schedule, use promotional tools of spa such as memberships, loyalty programs, promotions, referrals, etc
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED
- a minimum of one year in a customer service oriented environment, preferably in the med spa industry
- past experience in the med spa industry and knowledge on professional skin care products
- sales experience
- MS Office or equivalent proficient
- multi-tasking ability
- honesty, reliability, hardworking and flexibility with the schedule
