We're seeking talented individuals with excellent communication and people skills to join our team as Government Peopleware Support Coordinator Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support for our suite of products tailored for local government entities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Learn CIC’s suite of products and become a subject matter expert
- Act as a primary support resource for CIC’s Customer Help Desk system
- Resolve an average of 10 – 15 Support Calls per day with an average response time of 35 minutes or less and an average resolution time of 35 minutes or less
- Ensure that customer support calls are handled in a timely manner and do not lie stagnant for more than 72 business hours
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Ensure that less than 10% of total calls are escalated
- Handle/resolve after-hours support calls as necessary
Required Skills:
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or Equivalent Experience
- Knowledge of Servers or PC networking
- Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Office environment and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
Bonus Skills and Experience:
- Experience in working with City or County Offices / Administrations

Pay: $40,000.00 - $58,500.00 per year
