Role: Area Sales Manager
Location: Northeast
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Take charge of the Northeast of USA territory, strategically identifying and targeting potential customers while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue goals.
- Product Expertise: Deepen your understanding of our HVAC products to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering solutions tailored to their HVAC needs and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and customer service to ensure seamless customer journeys and optimal post-sales support.
Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years of outside sales experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC.
- Strong network of contacts within the Northeast USA HVAC industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
