We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Estimator to lead our 46 Year Painting business . This position is pivotal in driving sales growth through accurate estimating and client consultations for both residential and commercial painting projects. The successful candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, exceptional customer rapport-building skills, and a keen eye for detail in project assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and generate leads for painting projects.
- Conduct thorough on-site assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and present detailed and competitive estimates to clients, showcasing value and quality.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the painting team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or estimating roles, preferably in the painting industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence clients.
- Strong sales orientation with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
