Position Purpose:
As our Receptionist, you are the welcoming face and voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. In addition to traditional receptionist duties, you will also assist with light accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Extend a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and guests
Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to create a positive first impression
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries promptly and accurately
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, and photocopying as needed
Provide general information and assistance to vendors, clients, and employees
Support office management duties as needed, ensuring efficient operations
Additional Accounting Duties:
Assist with basic accounting tasks such data entry
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
Strong calendar management skills for scheduling appointments and meetings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with meticulous attention to detail
Proficient clerical skills including filing, organizing, and record maintenance
Professional demeanor with a dedication to providing outstanding customer service
