Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track attendance, monitor lateness and absences, and minimize overtime.
- Provide reports to management on productive and non-productive hours.
- Coordinate client scheduling and communicate with staff regarding availability and assignments.
- Manage telephone calls in a supportive and reassuring manner for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Document all interactions and updates accurately and in compliance with agency policies.
- Maintain up-to-date electronic records and ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication.
- Coordinate caregiver applications and monitor compliance with agency standards.
- Report incidents to immediate supervisor and maintain patient confidentiality with dignity and respect.
- Perform other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in conversational Spanish.
- Previous experience as a Homecare Coordinator preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, particularly over the phone.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Patience and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
