Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of marketing deliverables to assigned accounts
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders consistently to ensure clarity and alignment of services to goals.
- Create and assign deliverable tasks and subtasks within ClickUp
- Ensure internal due dates and assignments progress on schedule
- Assist the head of customer success in building relationships with customers and delivering consistent value.
- Schedule and host customer meetings, manage agendas, send follow-ups, update account notes, and ensure all action items are completed by appropriate team members.
- Schedule and host internal team huddles to ensure internal alignment and facilitate collaboration on each account.
- QA / QC published content on appropriate channels to ensure correct publishing and reduce errors.
Requirements
- C2 English fluency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- 2+ years experience in an English-speaking customer-facing role
- Availability M-F from 9-5 EST

Nice-To-Haves
- Degree or formal education in marketing
- Proficient with automation tools and applications, such as Make.com, Zapier, and AI tools including ChatGPT and similar applications,
- Knowledge and proficiency of Customer Relationship Management Systems (CMS), particularly Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Knowledge and proficiency in marketing technology and automation
This is a contract roll. Invoices are paid twice per month. Starting pay is $3-5 USD/hour depending on experience.
