### Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or those in need of hospice care. Your role will involve providing patient care, administering medication, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
### Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow resident rights guidelines and ensure their privacy and dignity is respected
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
### Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or in a nursing home setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus
- Knowledge of hospice care principles is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
