Cancer Specialists of North Florida is recruiting an Office Supervisor for our busy Palm Coast Office. The Office Supervisor assists the Practice Manager/Practice Administrator to coordinate and facilitate daily operations of the front desk, non-clinical office staff and medical assistants. This position assists in the coordination and distribution of work in these areas of responsibility. This position will require the individual to be fully crossed trained in all non-clinical office positions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Assists Practice Administrator with completion and delivery of Employee Performance Reviews and Written Warnings.

Assigns work, arranges for coverage and assists with the daily office operations.

Performs other duties not necessarily specified in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the office at all times.

Continue current role of External Scheduler.

Meet with manager weekly to discuss any pending clinical and/or employee issues.

Assist in creating and delivery monthly staff meetings.

Assist the office manager with the bi-weekly payroll ensuring staff time sheets have been completed and ready for management approval.

Answers routine questions for manager and assists with problem solving to resolve routine problems and clarify issues.

Assists with scheduling and staffing matters and makes adjustments to ensure adequate coverage at all times to maintain high quality patient care.

Collects co-pays, deductible and other fees at time of patient office visit.

Maintains lobby area in a neat and orderly manner

Assist with training and orientation of assigned personnel.
Full-time position
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum five (5) years office experience, preferably in a medical setting
