At Butchertown Hall, a Host is responsible for controlling the flow of our restaurant. From the day before every service to the end of every shift. A Host at Butchertown Hall doesn't simply greet incoming and departing guests, escort them to their table, and present menus; The Host plays a vital role in ensuring the success of service and guest satisfaction. A Host collaborates with other team members and completes pre-service and post-service duties, being attentive during service to support additional member and guest requests. A Host presents an essential, positive first impression of the establishment's excellent service and high standards.
A successful Host maintains a positive and influential attitude, is detail oriented, process driven, and remains flexible under pressure to ensure seamless communication is maintained through the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff.
