**Job Summary
Do you have a full time job as a butcher, but want to pick up some additional hours? We’re the place for you! We feature many Steaks, Chops, Poultry and Fresh Fish on our menu and we are seeking a skilled Meat and Fish Butcher to join our team. He/She will be responsible for preparing and cutting primal cuts, whole fish and birds, etc. to Executive Chef's specifications in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
**Responsibilities:**
- Cut, trim, and prepare cuts of meat according to Executive Chef's direction
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all meats
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Operate and maintain meat processing equipment
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent knife skills for precise cutting
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
