Full Job Description:
Oasis Psychiatric Day Program (OPDP) is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric and clinical evaluations, group therapy and skill-building in a small, in-person setting. OPDP offers Partial Hospital Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services for clients ages 18 and above who are diagnosed with a depressive, anxiety, or other mood or trauma-based disorders that require more intensive treatment than outpatient services alone.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a caseload of PHP and IOP clients
- Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and diagnosis.
- Therapeutic Interventions:
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients' mental health symptoms and challenges.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed.
- Treatment Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Crisis Intervention:
- Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms.
- Coordinate with emergency services and hospitalization when necessary.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Education and Outreach:
- Participate in educational activities and workshops to stay informed about current best practices in mental health care.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and available resources.
Job Details:
Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time. Monday to Friday. In-Person.

Qualifications:
- Unrestricted License, or other professional counseling license in Massachusetts (license eligible)
- Prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting (preferred)
- Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
- Teamwork oriented professional
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to use an electronic health record
- Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health treatments and methodologies
- Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
