Job Description:
We seek a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. In this role, you will support various administrative and personal tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your primary tasks will involve managing schedules, organizing digital files, and assisting supervisors with multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
- Organizing and structuring data within Dropbox to ensure accessibility and ease of retrieval.
- Utilizing Google Sheets and Excel for basic data input and manipulation.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Assisting in administrative and personal tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
- Performing internet research and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Dropbox and Google Drive, including Google Sheets/Excel, with proficiency in navigating and organizing data within these platforms.
- Previous experience in a secretarial or assistant role, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email communication and internet research.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
