This Administrative Assistant role is key to ensuring each client feels they are our most important client – because they are! This individual will ensure an outstanding client experience while in the office or contacting team members by phone. This includes:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering phones and managing ongoing client communications
- Managing communication with clients to celebrate key milestones like holidays and birthdays
- Organizing and prepping the office for client meetings
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant at ABLE Financial Group:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant position, financial services industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
