Office Assistant Monday-Friday 10AM-3PM
Duties:
- Provide clerical support to the office staff, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Serve as a receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
-Correct beverage invoices and print tickets for delivery trucks using Dbev software
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
-Strong skills in Word & Excel
-Ability to learn beverage computer system for invoicing and inventory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
