Seeking Onsite Resident Manager - 40 - 60 hours per month (approximately 10 - 15 hours per week)

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, proven work experience as an onsite property manager with the ability to service the residents of the property for an optimal living experience - customer focus a must! Must be enthusiastic, a team player, and exercise good judgement. In addition to being organized and having good time management skills, must also have knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations.
JOB OVERVIEW
- Assume overall responsibility to manage property so that owner's interests are protected, and that the apartment community is clean, friendly, and a comfortable place for people to live.
- Submitting maintenance requests and following up to ensure all work is completed timely and satisfactorily
- Contact prospects and schedule showings for vacant units
- Enforce apartment community rules and regulations
- Post three-day notices, 24-hour inspection notices and other requested reports on the day designated
- Complete daily property walks and detail any items or areas that need to be replaced or repaired, for all common areas including landscaping, and report information to property supervisor when assistance is needed.
