Electrical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Project Manager in Tucker, GA is between $110,000 to $120,000.

Electrical Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company.
- Support and promote goal of achieving zero accidents.
- Facilitate constant process improvement in production and efficiency to optimize output of the field workforce.
- Manage billing and collections; track accounts receivable and manage working capital.
- Prospect for leads through interaction and networking on job sites.
- Develop productive relationships to help grow the business.
- Forecast weekly goals based on human and material resources and equipment.
- Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximum efficiency.
- Provide personnel development plans, monitoring, coaching, feedback & growth opportunities to direct reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers; ensure high quality service is provided to guarantee repeat sales and favorable recommendations.
Electrical Project Manager Qualifications
- At least 4 years prior experience in electrical construction in a Project Manager position overseeing commercial & Healthcare construction projects.
- Four-year construction or engineering -related degree preferred or relative experience (5-7 years in project management role).
- Possession of a Georgia Electrical Contractors License preferred.
- Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes; 2-4 years' experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Journeyman License or Degree
- College degree preferred
