Your mission:
As a Director of Security, you are responsible for managing Security Supervisors and security teams by providing logistical support, training, and being a hub of communication between our clients, our executive office, our supervisors, and law enforcement. As one of our Directors of Security, you would be responsible for directing and administering the implementation of safety and security programs and initiatives. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Job Responsibilities

Please keep in mind that this list is not all inclusive and that you may be asked to perform other job tasks not listed below to adapt to the changing world and ensuring the best customer service experience for our clients:
- Lead investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, unlawful activities, and complete corresponding incident reports
- Travel from location to location as needed to monitor security operations (Transportation costs will be included in compensation package)
- Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property
- Serve as primary liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement
- Oversee the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation
- Coordinate additional personnel for scheduling changes, conflicts, call outs, or emergency needs.
- Help Create and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Enforce company policies
- Liaise with Executive Team to review issues or concerns
- Plan, deliver and facilitate meetings and trainings of new personnel
- Learn and understand security plans and post orders for designated venues
What qualities are we looking for?
Ability to stand or be on feet for periods of up to 6-8 hours
Input and access data in various computer systems
- Understand guest inquiries and provide clear, concise responses
- Work with others like a rock star, while constantly advocating for your guests
- Understand the importance of completing a timely accident/incident report
- Communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team
- Focus attention on details
- Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information
- Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per hotel standards
- Adhere to company policies including but not limited to attendance, safety, behavior
- Flexible schedule, many of the guards work in the evenings and on weekends.
Background must-have:
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of Security management experience.
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with clients, guests, management, co-workers, both in person and on the telephone.
- Proficient computer knowledge.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
