Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals for residential and multi-family roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, and referrals.
- Sales Presentations: Meet with homeowners and property managers to present our roofing services, provide estimates, and explain the benefits of choosing V.C. Veterans Contracting.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest roofing trends, products, and competitors in the market.
- Consultative Selling: Assess customer needs and provide tailored roofing solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts.
- Follow-Up: Coordinate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution and follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
- Community Engagement: Participate in local events and initiatives to promote our services and support our mission to aid veterans.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge: Understanding of residential and multi-family roofing systems is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being a team player.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $97,794.00 - $116,551.00 per year
