Position - Manager
Responsibilities - Joining a management team to manage and operate Taqueria El Vecino in a professional, positive and profitable manner.
This includes but is not limited to: hiring, scheduling orientations and training of FOH staff, ordering, tracking and maintaining inventory of paper, alcohol, and FOH staples, operating and organizing shifts, checking opening and closing side work for FOH staff, performing facility walk throughs to ensure cleanliness and safety, opening or closing the restaurant, cash handling, server closeouts and cash management, ensuring that monthly preventative maintenance items are performed.
None of these items will be solely your responsibility but that of all managers as a team.
