We are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and create new market opportunities for the company's services and identify client groups to source the same.
Develop business development strategies and maintain referral sources including the coordination of target market campaigns.
Understand the company's goal and purpose in an effort to continually enhance the company's performance.
Prepare short and long term new business strategies, plan and goals.
Maintain prospect client database and generate reports as needed.
Create operational budgets, schedule and follow up plans for specific duties assigned.
Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials.
Education/Qualification Required:
At least BBA(Bachelor of Business Administration) or Any of the related fields. MBA preferred.
Specific Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
