Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specalist / Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and systems. As a Human Resources Specalist/ Recruiter in Home Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This is a hybrid position; 70% HR Specialist / 30% Field Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Responsible for keeping employee profiles compliant
- Support Coordination Department by supplying a steady stream of Home Health Aides
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Travel to various schools and training centers to recruit qualified candidates
- Assist with HR projects as assigned
Experience:
- Home Care Experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Care Human Resources in a HR or recruiting role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
