Data Entry Coordinator
Our locally owned company, Waypoint Insurance Midwest, is growing and we are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team.
As an independent insurance agency, we provide value to our clients by working with the top carriers to find the perfect fit for the client. We focus on property & casualty insurance for businesses and individuals.
The primary focus of this role is data entry tasks that support both our service and sales teams. Duties include entering data into insurance carrier websites, agency management software, sales CRM database, proposal documents, etc. Additional duties include some general administrative support and using web-based tools to research business prospects.
The ideal candidate is highly detailed, organized, flexible, thorough, and self-motivated, with experience in data entry and general administrative support.
Prior property & casualty insurance industry experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Qualifications:
· College degree - preferred
