Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent organizational skills. The candidate will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Adobe Acrobat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff.
- Manage and maintain office inventory.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client correspondence.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Perform data entry and update records with accuracy.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat for various tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Legal Administrative Assistant preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
