Executive is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Partner in day-to-day tasks and supporting the larger team with coordination. The ideal candidate should have a service-first mindset, be detail-oriented, exhibit a can-do attitude, and be solution-oriented. This person enjoys making a difference and thrives under pressure We are looking for someone to bring their IQ + their EQ to the exciting environment.You enjoy working collaboratively, whether it’s part of a cross-functional team in-house or with our trusted team of contractors.
As part of a small, growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to learn lots of new skills across disciplines. There will also be the chance to advance into a more specialized role as the team grows, dependent on performance.
This role reports to the Founder/CEO and is a full-time opportunity for a candidate based in Los Angeles
Roles and responsibilities:
Personal assistant
Managing business and personal tasks as needed. This will include scheduling and calendar management, personal assistant and household tasks and errands, travel plans, gifts, correspondence and similar tasks.
Meeting and event planning including reservations, meals, entertainment, on-site logistics and anything else related to intimate dinner parties, casual gatherings, and large formal affairs. Coordinate with all vendors to ensure alignment with client specifications and seamless execution of events.
Coordinate reservations, meals, and travel.
Act as a go-to resource for the CEO, available throughout the work day and occasional off-hours as needed.
Create organizational solutions for computer files; business, financial and household records.
Manage personal thank-yous, gift buying, wrapping, and shipping.
Manage personal and professional CRM
Conduct research as necessary
Marketing
You are very good at Canva and can easily make static post and design decks.
Support in-house social media efforts by creating and scheduling content and ensuring it posts when scheduled
Support in-house email efforts by building, testing, and scheduling emails
Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance
Personal Support:
Assist in scheduling podcasts, speaking engagements, and PR events.
Act as main contact for Executive, coordinating travel and schedules.
Research relevant content for the business.
Manage data rooms, investment opportunities, and company decks.Manage travel, reservations, medical appointments, and family calendar.
Maintain medical records, car leases, repairs, and family trip planning.
Handle prescriptions, appointments, and wellness bookings.

Saas Requirements: ClickUp, Slack, 1Password, Google Drive, Front, Airtable, and other organizational tools. You love these tools and rate yourself a 7/10 using them.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
