Experience in life insurance and investments is preferred.
The position includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Working directly with financial advisor, clients and financial institutions.
- Client Service
- Scheduling and coordinating internal/external meetings, special events and travel arrangements
- Preparing materials for client and prospective client meetings
- Answer phones, greet visitors
- Completing administrative processes (Ex. applications, compliance, electronic filing & data entry)
- Maintain current client data and records

The qualified candidate has:
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills as well as experience in insurance and financial planning administration.
- Confidentiality is priority! Demonstrate the highest levels of sound judgment, discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality always.
- Be ready to dive into complex situations and remain diligent about following up through project completion.
- Be able to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Impeccable customer service skills while maintaining a positive focus and high energy level.
- Applicant must have the ability to operate in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment.
- 3 years prior work experience as an executive administrative professional is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines, and reliability/dependability
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgement and discretion
- Computer fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access & Outlook)
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent work ethic and time management skills
- College Graduate, a plus - High School Diploma or equivalent required
