Audio Video Project Manager

Job Summary: As an Audio Video Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of audio video projects for our clients. Your expertise in audio video technology and exceptional management skills will ensure that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget, while consistently exceeding our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and clients to understand their audio video project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks or risks promptly.
- Oversee the procurement of necessary audio video equipment and materials.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with sales, install staff, and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future collaboration.
- Continuously assess project performance, capturing lessons learned, and implementing process improvements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in audio video systems/ home automation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Audio Video Project Manager, preferably in a residential setting.
- In-depth knowledge of audio video technologies, including AV system design, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Control4 and Crestron systems.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and project teams.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams toward project success.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to audio video systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,335.00 per year
