We are looking for a Busser to support our wait staff and set up our dining areas. Busser responsibilities include polishing plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and cleaning tables. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
This person will also be cross-trained Food Runner to serve meats to our guests at Galeto. This position is fast paced and fun, developing skills in both Kitchen and Front of House areas of the restaurant. These Food Runners, or Gauchos, are the heart of the Brazilian Steakhouse.
Responsibilities
· Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
· Set tables with candles, napkins, and linens
· Serve water and appetizer baskets
· Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
· Clean and reset tables after guests leave
· Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
· Serving our various meats to the guests tableside.
· Prepping meats for service.
· Maintaining the grill and its cleanliness.
· Cooking meats efficiently to meet guest requests.
· Maintain a clean and organized meat inventory.
Skills
· Work experience as a Busser or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus
· Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
· Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
· Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
· Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
· Knife skills are a plus.
· Keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
· Meat knowledge is also a plus.

Pay: $14.35 - $30.00 per hour
