Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing correspondence, and assisting with various tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and support
- Compose and type routine HR correspondence, forms, or other needed documents and reports such as Employment Verification, Unemployment Claims, and Worker's Compensation Insurance as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Experience and Qualifications:
- Some experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
