This role will provide oversight to people with developmental disabilities in a community setting. Setting up events, planning trips and educational programs, handle staffing and supervision of staff, as well as the duties listed below.
Responsibilities related to maintaining financial stability:
- The Director will attend and be prepared for administrative meetings.
- The Director will determine financial decisions and programatic decisions in conjuction with the CEO, BM, and admin assistant.
- Provide supervision and leadership to programatic issues.
- Help develop and attend staff meetings and trainings.
- Be available and responsive to employees and other administrative staff for emergency and crisis situations.
- Approve monthly funds request and sign checks as needed.
- Plan and attend events as well as providing direction to staff for ideas.
- Sending out monthly activity calendar. Bill 10 hours per week.
- Performs other related work, as assigned by the CEO.
- Work with local staff to continue excellent service delivery.
- Work with local BM and HR Manager to ensure the client accounts are financially solid.
- Overall supervision of services provided.
Additional duties related to coordination of offices and directors:
- Review and approve payroll and billing.
- Develop Master schedules in conjuction with the team and CEO.
- Function as a QDDP as needed.
- Oversee management of all HRC issues and updates as needed.
- Manage weekly oversite of program and employees.
- Oversee Budgets for new and existing clients.
- Ensure individuals are satisfied with services and continue to improve.
- Ensure compliance with DODD, Medicaid Waiver, and HIPPA standards, and any other licensure or regulatory authorities for those receiving services.
- Oversee growth of services in such a way that we are meeting budgetary expectations while also maintaining quality services to those we serve residentially. Lead agency through development and implementation of strategic plan and goals.
- Manage overall budget for periodic program.
- Attend/Travel to mtg. at the request of the Board.
- Manage on-call as needed in conjuction with the management team.
- Oversee all investigations in coordination with the CEO and CLO.
- Development new services/ offices as needed.
- Strategic planning for offices
- Developing growth projections with CEO.
- Provide leadership to program and inspire employee’s to go above and beyond.
- Report findings to the CEO.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
