Position Overview
The Sales Manager will assist in the implementation of the strategy for all sales and leasing performance and processes, including leasing conversion metrics and benchmarks (KPIs), training, reporting, and all processes related to achieving sales and leasing goals.
What You Will Do

Contribute to the creation of and implementation of leasing and marketing plans for the communities.

Partner with the Community Manager and Community Leasing Managers to ensure open communication between the community teams and mission control, and be a resource and advocate for team members.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement new leasing and renewal plans.

Identify training needs based on metrics and implement training for team members.
- Collaborate with the training department to facilitate in-person training for all Community Leasing Managers newly hired.

Knowledge of, teach, and comply with Core Spaces policies and procedures.
- Be a champion of company values.
- Work in person with community teams, 50% of the time.
- Occasional travel may be necessary as needed

Ideally, you'll have

Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent Oral, Written, and Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Entrata, or applicable management solutions
- Thrives in a team environment with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
You'll crush it if you have experience with

Student housing property management experience
- Taking the initiative without being told to do so
- Demonstrating decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Training and coaching team members and peers
