The Regional Human Resources Manager (HRM) position is responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives, partnering with our regional teams and hospitals to deliver results and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment. This key leadership position maintains an effective level of business literacy about the region's financial position, midrange plans, culture and competition. While this position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, it does serve as a partner, coach, and mentor for the Regional Vice President (RVP) and their team.
