We are looking for top notch professionals with the following skills and abilities:
- Sales Experience - Must have recently demonstrated success in New Home sales, Retail, Apartment Leasing, Hospitality.
- Self-Motivated, and coachable with an enthusiasm to learn and be trained.
- Desire for personal development and to follow proven training program.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to follow a proven sales path, manage objections and ask for the sale.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Good listening skills, integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Creative writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and write professional emails.
- Follow up daily with the ability to use the company CRM daily, to follow up make appointments and sales.
- Willingness to work weekends in a model home and be available for Grand Openings and Sales events.
- Desire to maintain the model home(s) in pristine condition and maintain the company’s high standards in the community with signage and appearance.
- Participate in Realtor outreach and help drive qualified sales traffic to make sales.
CURRENT NC REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED.
