Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Supervise In-Home Aides
- Conduct Supervisory vistis every 90 days
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and sterile processing techniques
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $30.00 - $39.41 per hour
