Customer Service Representative

- Perform data entry to accurately document customer interactions and update information in the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services, contributing to overall business growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
